CHALLENGE

3AWorlwide Europe offers its external communication services to GO fit the chain of gyms scattered throughout the Spanish territory and Portugal.

SOLUTION

Objective
3AWorldwide began working with GO fit and the parent company, Ingesport with 3 objectives:
– To publicize the brands GO fit and Ingesport
– Position the sports centers as a reference in the world of sport, health and wellness.
– Increasing its presence in the mainstream media and spread the different facets of GO fit, like GO fit Kids or the Orange Formula.

Solution
In order to meet customer needs, 3AWorldWide developed an external communication strategy to reach the target audience.
3AWorldwide Europe offered to GO fit its PR services with media notification for different events such as collaboration with the Basketball and Rugby Spanish Federations, the Spanish Heart Foundation or sponsorship of various sports teams.
Furthermore, we wrote and manages weekly news for the corporate website and we also managed crisis situations both online and offline level.
After achieving the first 3 goals, 3AWorldwide raised the following challenges:
– Increase media coverage and strengthen the relationship with the media.
– Strengthen and consolidate the brand image.
– Open new ways of communication in order to obtain fans for the GO fit Orange Formula.
– Get brand advocates.
– Get the most out of the GO fit ambassadors.
